The arguments have the following meaning:
P2 : Universally Quantified Line
P1 : Line with Scope of Universal Quantifier
A : Scope of Universal Quantifier
x : Universally Quantified Variable
P2-HYPS : Hypotheses
P1-HYPS : Hypotheses
