TEX-PREAMBLE : FLAG

TEX-PREAMBLE is a flag or parameter.
The preamble that is printed into the beginning of all TeX
files produced by TPS. See also VPFORM-TEX-PREAMBLE, TEX-1-PREAMBLE,
TEX-POSTAMBLE.
TEX-PREAMBLE takes values of type STRING.
It belongs to subjects PRINTING .
