SPRING-CLEAN : LIBRARYCMD

SPRING-CLEAN is a library command.
Will do its best to reindex, reformat and/or sort every file in the
default library directory. If your files are a real mess, you might consider
using emacs to get rid of the worst of the problems before using SPRING-CLEAN.
It will also delete any file in the directory that doesn't belong there
Generally this means everything except .lib and libindex.rec files; you will be
asked for confirmation before each file is deleted.
If you get an error because of parsing problems, try again but answer
no to "Reformat?" and "Sort?" (it is not possible to reformat or sort
a file that cannot be parsed). Better yet, delete the unparseable entry and
try again.

The command format for SPRING-CLEAN is:

<LIB>SPRING-CLEAN REINDEX REFORMAT SORT DELETE
"YESNO" "YESNO" "YESNO" "YESNO"
