SORT : LIBRARYCMD

SORT is a library command.
Sort the specified file into alphabetical order, except for the
given list of objects which are put at the head of the file (if they were
originally in the file). This command reads in the entire file and then
rewrites it; it will incidentally also catch any parsing errors.

The command format for SORT is:

<LIB>SORT FILE HEAD
"FILESPEC" "SYMBOLLIST"
