SIMPLIFY-PLAN : MEXPR

SIMPLIFY-PLAN is a top-level command.
Justify a planned line using the first rewrite rule that
applies.
The command format for SIMPLIFY-PLAN is:

 <n>SIMPLIFY-PLAN   P2   P1    A SIMPLIFY-UP   P2-HYPS    P1-HYPS 
"LINE" "LINE" "GWFF" "GWFF" "LINELIST" "LINELIST"


The arguments have the following meaning:
P2 : Line after rewriting (higher-numbered)
P1 : Line before rewriting (lower-numbered)
A : Wff after rewriting
SIMPLIFY-UP : Wff before rewriting
P2-HYPS : Hypotheses
P1-HYPS : Hypotheses
