REINDEX is a library command.
Reindex and reformat the specified file --- i.e. reconstruct the
entries in the library master index relating to the objects in a
particular file (you should only need this if you've been manually editing
the libindex.rec file and have accidentally lost some entries...), and then
attempt to load and rewrite the file.
To reindex all files in your directories, use SPRING-CLEAN.
If you get an error because of parsing problems, try again but answer
no to "Reformat?" (it is not possible to format a file without
parsing it).
