KEY : LIBRARYCMD

KEY is a library command.
Search for a string in the names of all library objects. If
the given string is also a keyword (see SHOW-KEYWORDS), then the keywords
for each library object will also be searched. This command does not search
the help messages of library objects.
 
The command format for KEY is:

<LIB>KEY STRING BACKUP
"STRING" "YESNO"

KEY : REVIEWCMD

KEY is a review command.
Look for a key phrase in the help strings (or just the names)
of flags of given subjects. See also SEARCH, at the main top level.
The command format for KEY is:

 <Rn>KEY  PHRASE  SUBJECTLIST SEARCH-NAMES 
"STRING" "SUBJECTLIST" "BOOLEAN"


The arguments have the following meaning:
PHRASE : String to search for
SUBJECTLIST : List of subjects, or ALL
SEARCH-NAMES : Search names of flags only?
