Rule to introduce a definition.
The command format for IDEF is:

 <n>IDEF   P2   P1    A INST-DEF   P2-HYPS    P1-HYPS 
"LINE" "LINE" "GWFF" "GWFF" "LINELIST" "LINELIST"


The arguments have the following meaning:
P2 : Line with Definition
P1 : Line with Instantiated Definition
A : Wff with Definition
INST-DEF : Wff After Instantiating Definition
P2-HYPS : Hypotheses
P1-HYPS : Hypotheses
