FINISH-SAVE is a top-level command.
Finishing saving work in a file.
The difference between STOP-SAVE and FINISH-SAVE is:
the former is temporary because you can use RESUME-SAVE
to resume saving work into the same file; the latter closes
the output stream, so you can not save work into the same
file after executing it.
