Rule to assert equivalence of lines up to definition.
The command format for EQUIV-WFFS is:

"LINE" "LINE" "GWFF" "GWFF" "LINELIST" "LINELIST"


The arguments have the following meaning:
D1 : Lower Line
D2 : Higher Line
R : Wff of Higher Line
P : Wff of Lower Line
D1-HYPS : Hypotheses
D2-HYPS : Hypotheses
