CHARDOC : MEXPR

CHARDOC is a top-level command.
List the special characters of certain output styles in a TeX or Scribe
file. The output file can be processed by TeX or Scribe and will have
multicolumn format.
The command format for CHARDOC is:

 <n>CHARDOC OUTPUT-STYLE      STYLES  FILENAME 
"SYMBOL" "DEV-STYLELIST" "FILESPEC"


The arguments have the following meaning:
OUTPUT-STYLE : The style of the output file, TEX or SCRIBE?
STYLES : The styles for which to list the special characters.
FILENAME : File to list into
