LEXPD* : MEXPR

LEXPD* is a top-level command.
Rule to put a planned line into Lambda-normal form using both
beta and eta conversion.
The command format for LEXPD* is:

 <n>LEXPD*   P2   P1    A  LNORM   P2-HYPS    P1-HYPS 
"LINE" "LINE" "GWFF" "GWFF" "LINELIST" "LINELIST"


The arguments have the following meaning:
P2 : Line not in Lambda-normal Form
P1 : Line in Lambda-normal Form
A : Wff not in Lambda-normal Form
LNORM : Wff in Lambda-normal Form
P2-HYPS : Hypotheses
P1-HYPS : Hypotheses
